absolutely disappoined with this place! We had to pay way too much for a taxi, and then I received a room that didn't even match the photos on the website. I nearly gave a good review, but I expected a room upgrade after such inconvenience and got nothing! What a joke!

The view from the room offers a amazing merging of sky and sea, providing an excellent backdrop for relaxation. The hotel features beautifully manicured grounds and a refreshing pool, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploration.
The water pressure in the Honeymoon Suite's bathroom tap is unreliable. Taxis to nearby towns are overpriced, with charges not disclosed upfront, which could catch travelers off guard.

I felt so welcomed during my stay, especially when they organized a fantastic semi-private boat trip for me and suggested some hidden gem restaurants. The outdoor pool area and lush garden were perfect for relaxation, making me forget my everyday worries. The only thing I'd suggest is adding a few more breakfast options to the menu for variety. 😊

Fantastic views accompanied by friendly staff made for a memorable stay. The pool area was a perfect retreat after busy days, and having a bakery nearby was a bonus for quick snacks. Concerning the experience, we faced an inconvenient cash-only payment system and some lack of transparency with transfer fees, which diminished our overall satisfaction.

We had an lovely time enjoying the amazing view during the lovely fireworks show celebrating the local volcano. The kids loved swimming in the pool, and the nearby bakery made grabbing quick snacks easy-definitely a plus for a family with small children!
In my wife’s opinion, it would be great if the hotel provided some child-friendly amenities.
